[BOLT] Refactor BinaryBasicBlock to use ADT 

Summary:
Refactor members of BinaryBasicBlock. Replace some std containers with
ADT equivalents. The size of BinaryBasicBlock on x86-64 Linux is reduced
from 232 bytes to 192 bytes.
