[LTO] Move part of gold devirt test to v1.16 directory

Part of the gold test added in 1487747e
relies on more recent fixes to gold that fix the plugin behavior with
--export-dynamic-symbol and --dynamic-list. Extract those parts of the
new test into a v1.16 test.
