[CodeGen][SVE] Add missing isel patterns for vector_reverse 

We were missing patterns for vector_reverse of unpacked FP vector
types, as well as all the supported bfloat vectors.

Tests added here:

  CodeGen/AArch64/named-vector-shuffle-reverse-sve.ll
