[X86][AVX] getFauxShuffleMask - don't widen shuffle inputs from INSERT_SUBVECTOR(X,SHUFFLE(Y,Z)) 

Don't create nodes on the fly when decoding INSERT_SUBVECTOR as faux shuffles.
