[Support] Add GlobPattern::isTrivialMatchAll()

GlobPattern::isTrivialMatchAll() returns true for the GlobPattern "*"
which will match all inputs.

This can be used to avoid performing expensive preparation of the input
for match() when the result of the match will always be true.
