[DAGCombine] Make combineShuffleOfBitcast LittleEndian specific

Something is going wrong with the BigEndian PowerPC bot. It is hard to
tell what is wrong from here, but attempt to fix it by disabling the
combineShuffleOfBitcast combine for bigendian.
