Set S_ATTR_SOME_INSTRUCTIONS on __text section. 

ld64 sets both S_ATTR_PURE_INSTRUCTIONS and S_ATTR_SOME_INSTRUCTIONS
on __TEXT, __text.  We only had the S_ATTR_PURE_INSTRUCTIONS attribute.
